About:
Students are welcome to work out in Piedmontís New Club. There are three different types of exercise options: Weight Training, Cardio Training (Heart and Living), and Aerobic Routines.

Activities:
Exercises that benefit every muscle in body

When:
   Boys: Every Monday (After school)
              Girls: Every Wednesday (After school)
              All: Every Friday (After school)
