About the Library

The library is open during break and lunch. Students may visit during that time or with their class and you may check out up to 3 library books. Those library books are due 2 weeks from the checkout date. There are no late fees and you will get email reminders to your BUSD account. Take care of your books because you are responsible for returning them at the end of the year.

At the library you can play some card games, chess and make origami stars or use the book recommendation machine, read and do homework or just hangout.

Hello,

My name is Ana J Finet and I am the Library Media Tech at Piedmont Middle School. I am passionate in building an engaging library. How I engage students is by building holiday & seasonal book displays, create activities around monthly themes such as Women's History month, Black History Month, create Valentine cards and play BINGO. I would love for students to come by and visit the library or stop by to just say hello.

The library is looking for donations to help out with activities and games at the library. Anything is appreciated. Thank you.
