PBIS stands for Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports. It's a framework schools use to promote a positive school culture and prevent problematic behavior by teaching and reinforcing positive behaviors in students.  The Piedmont Middle School PBIS efforts begin with our PRIDE matrix, a set of student expections for a safe and welcoming school community. 

 

Students earn PRIDEbucks for exhibiting positive charactersistics and can spend them weekly at our PRIDEshop, filled with prizes incluidng pencils, art supplies, sports equipment, electronics, clothing and more.
